    Software Engineering Manager Company NameAES Global

    The purpose of this role is to build a determinded and strong team, making sure they are happy and resilient. As the Software Engineering Manager, there will be an empasis on scalability and a huge focus on strong leadership experience and skills.

    Requirements:

    • React, Linux and Ruby on Rails experience is a must.
    • Leading a team of Software Developers for 6+ years.
    • Preferred educational background - BSc/MSc/PhD in Computer Science or proven track record of exceptional skills and ability within software development.
    • Previous exposure to stakeholder engagement.
