A client, a leading multinational FMCG company has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain professional to support the procurement activities for their Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) services at regional level as well as to generate cost savings through the development and execution of category strategies.

Key Accountabilities Include:

• Support internal customer projects for sourcing and purchasing needs
• Manage the procurement category process from compiling the tender, negotiating the contract through to finalizing the contract
• Manage supplier relationships and develop criteria and processes to monitor suppliers and internal operational compliance and performance
• Negotiate contracts and approve prices, delivery and payment terms, quality requirements and establish supplier performance metrics that meet standards and supply objective

A Degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Industrial Engineering or equivalent coupled with at least 3 to 5 years’ ICT procurement experience in an FMCG environment is required.
