Stock Controller at IPS: Health and Wellness

The Role

• The ideal candidate will be vibrant, outgoing and self-motivated. We are looking for a graduate that has completed their degree and has at least 1 - 2 years of logistics and/or stock contolling experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping
• Balance all stock movement - Manage rejects, Deliveries and Returns
• Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
• Organise stock on shelves and pallets
• Ensure stock is adequately handled, stored and issued (FEFO)
• Complete a stocktake weekly and monthly
• Monitor and manage stock levels (Submit weekly low stock reports)
• Stocktake and reconciliation of stock
• Ensure that packers capture stock removed from stock area and do not leavestock lying on trolleys, tables or the floor
• Ensure that all inventory is safely and securely handled, stored and packaged.
• Quality checks

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree or three-year diploma;
• 1-2 years logistics or stock controlling experience
• Forklift License
• Full computer literacy - immediate/advanced Excel and Word Skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
