    Talent Acquisition Lead

    You Will Be Part of a Growing Team

    • The Talent Acquisition CoE supports Corteva’s growth & overall strategy by finding and attracting the best talent.
    • Join our team for this exciting opportunity to be leading the Talent Acquisition agenda for Africa & Middle East, supporting Corteva’s business growth through engaging and hiring the best talent.
    • Within our Talent function, where you will collaborate with recruiters and other colleagues across the globe within Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Development.

    Your Challenge

    • Holding responsibility for end-to-end recruitment within Africa & Middle East for main Business Units (Seeds and Crop Protection) and corporate functions.
    • Represent Corteva to the highest standard - helping to strengthen the Corteva employer brand and candidate experience in the region and participate in branding efforts and university recruitment events.
    • Provide expertise on sourcing methodologies within AME, develop strong knowledge of Corteva and the markets we recruit from.
    • Drive candidate pipelining for senior roles within the region.
    • Effectively use social media, Taleo, CRM tools to source talent and apply direct search/networking methodology to identify talent for specific candidate pools.
    • Manage vacancy postings and candidate response on internal / external job boards and KPIs related to data accuracy.
    • Participate in CoE projects and initiatives as required at regional or global level.
    • Ensure strong support to our Diversity & Inclusion agenda.
    • Vendor management.
    • Comply with all relevant standards both internally and externally.

    Key Stakeholders and Interactions:

    • As a recruiter, you will be working closely with Hiring Managers and HR as well as both internal and external candidates.

    Qualifications

    To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

    • 5+ years of professional recruiter experience with a strong record in international recruitment preferably in multinational companies.
    • End to end recruitment experience gained from in-house and search firm environment, with a successful background in delivering challenging and complex searches.
    • Previous experience recruiting for the Agriculture industry will be a plus.
    • Strong experience using ATS and CRM in daily activities (Taleo and Workday will be a plus).
    • Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment and comfortable to interact with all levels of management.
    • Effectively manage and execute on a number of challenging priorities at the same time.
    • Develop effective relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
    • Understanding of local HR regulations.
    • Full proficiency in English. French will be a plus.
