Technical Product Manager at Channel VAS

• Industry and market research, including hands-on, in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses
• Define product roadmap and specification requirements
• Serve as primary product expert and evangelist, including representing the company at industry and media event
• Conduct feasibility studies & write business plans
• Lead product design, development and release process for assigned products
• Coordinate the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of requests for new product functionality from customers and prospects, define MVP
• Support initial product roll-outs and integrations
• Create detailed use cases, business requirements, and marketing requirements
• Ensure adequate throughput of user stories to the development team
• Contribute towards QA test cases and be an active participant in sprints, demos and tests
• Product lifecycle management and service performance optimisation
• Define GTM strategy
• Write sales support documentation, proposal templates and other collateral
• Draft contract templates in conjunction with the legal team

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with Vendors for assessment of Technical Features and mapping the Product Requirements
• Support marketing, sales and support through leading the development and maintenance of various technical marketing collateral including application notes, FAQs, product notes, user guides, field training presentations, online marketing content and demos
• Product training to the commercial teams

Requirements:

• 5-10 Years' experience in Product Management, Project Management and Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills in English
• People person who can get multi-disciplinary teams motivated and aligned
• Solid understanding on device and/or fintech market and the ability to translate this into innovative, compelling and profitable products
• Proven track record of designing and developing successful software products
• Experience in mobile phones, consumer lease or electronics distribution would be a plus
• Broad understanding on general data privacy, security and regulatory matters
• Affinity with the following would be advantageous:
  • Agile/scrum development methodologies
  • Collaboration platforms such as Confluence, Jira
  • Software architecture and modeling approaches
  • Mobile chipset technologies
  • Android app and web portals
  • Modern software development and data technologies
  • UX/UI Design
• Readiness to travel up to 30%
• Willingness to work long hours if the situation requires so
