    Technical Sales Analyst

    From within the NOCC, the sales analyst creates sales reports for management staff, and uses the data from reports to create sales forecasts. The sales analyst analyses sales performance in light of sales goals, and identifies areas of weakness the organisation can address to improve sales. Thereafter recommendations for changes are to be tabled with management and relevant stakeholders with the end goal of improving sales performance and thus profitability.

    Key roles and responsibilities

    • Insights & Analytics
    • Collects, analyze and evaluate data in order to increase sales productivity
    • Collect sales records and trends and evaluate performance measured against sales quotas
    • Develops methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data.
    • Closely studies past sales data to determine trends in productivity.
    • Studies purchase trends of customers and identifies purchase behaviors that could potentially be leveraged when offering deals.
    • Creates sales evaluation reports based on collected data. Reports to include insights and recommendations that the business can act upon.
    • Presents sales reports to key stakeholders.
    • Suggests adjustments and revisions to promotional strategies to improve sales and profitability.
    • Administration & Support
    • Implement and manage efficient and effective processes in support of commercial functions
    • Assists KPIs of the team
    • Deliver on Service level agreements
    • Ongoing Business Process improvement to ensure seamless execution of all transactional and administrative activities
    • Continue to measure team effectiveness to match and exceed standards within the FMCG community, the greater AB-INBev company anddemonstrate through relevant periodic reporting.

    Profile

    • Appropriate knowledge of sales operations
    • Good analytical and insight generation skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with anability to communicate complex issues in a simple andconcise manner
    • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a matrixenvironment
    • Ability to communicate with all levels within theorganization (Sales/ National Trade Marketing)
    • Planning / process and deadline management withoutcompromise
    • Leadership & interpersonal skills

    Relevant degree and/or experience beneficial
