Traffic Manager at Hubble Studios

Role 

As a Traffic Manager at Hubble Studios you will be responsible for bridging the gap between the Project Managers, Management Team, and The Studio and will be the go-to person for Project Managers to book resources and assign team members to new incoming work based on capacity and skill requirements. 

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Coordinate capabilities and workload amongst the various projects based on business priorities both for short term and long-term planning.
• Assign resources and people to projects as needed. 
• Identify risks and support the team to overcome these. 
• Identify and communicate opportunities to the Leadership team.
• Meet with Account Managers to manage and flag potential issues, pressure points, and/or non-deliverables. 
• Monitor and communicate training gaps within the workforce.  
• Work with HR to ensure that people are utilised to their best potential.  
• Provide positive energy that inspires and motivates the team.
• Set up an efficient process for resource management.  
• Ensure a process is in place for when resources are underutilized.  
• Provide relevant reports to the team and managers. 

Education/Experience

• Experienced in the use of collaborative tools and ensuring alignment within large teams.
• Strong cross-cultural communications.  
• The ability to problem solve on a daily basis. 
• The ability to handle multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.
• Communicating important business information and requirements to multiple teams.
• Proven track record of creating workflows, communication processes, and data tracking.
• Extremely strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Quantitative analytical abilities. 
• Ability to understand and identify connection points between priorities and project requests. 
• Experience in Education and/or Technology.
• Knowledge of Hubble Studios’ service offerings.
