Job Responsibilities:

• Understands various types South Africa visa applications.
• Adheres to South African immigration legislation, regulations, and policy, and stays abreast of industry trends and changes to legislation.
• Researches immigrations regulations and applies information as appropriate.
• Analyses documents and prepares immigration applications for filing with the appropriate agency.
• Manages case files and creates processes that ensure timely submission of documents. Initiates quality control measures to ensure complete and accurate application; monitors all files to ensure timely submission of documents.
• Documents information in secure database, ensuring data integrity and appropriate records retention schedule.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver information effectively in a variety of written formats including reports, letters, memos and emails; strong proofreading skills.
• Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills.
• Solutions focused with excellent attention to detail; commitment to building and maintaining processes.
• Ability to handle high volume case load while maintaining high level of productivity.
• Self-starter with desire to show ownership and commitment to role.
• Superb attention to detail.
