    CRM Sales Consultant

    Job description

    Requirements:

    • The Sales consultant will drive lead generation by utilizing the CRM database and internet research, cold calling and opening conversations texplore support opportunities with Heads of Digital and eCommerce. The candidate will build a pipeline of prospective opportunities, write and submit proposals working with the local team tclose new support project revenue.
    • Sales Consultant
    • Prospect for eCommerce Platform Support projects.
    • Identify target retailers and merchants across all industry sectors.
    • Create a calling and activity plan.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records of all contacts, activity and pipeline.
    • Identifying the correct contacts with the right job function ttarget.
    • Provide support services information, pricing and liaise between the client, and the technical team tensure the client is supported throughout the sales cycle.
    • Prepare proposals and quotations where applicable.
    • Achieve their cold calling target and revenue target.
    • Provide outstanding client support and quality communications at all times.
    • Be a self-starter whis comfortable working under their own initiative.

    Education/Certifications/Affiliations:

    Degree or equivalent
