    Sales Trainer

    Job description

    Your tasks will include:

    • Analysing and customising learning interventions in accordance with legislative and business requirements;
    • Ensuring that the Design for the respective skills programmes are completed according to the ADDIE design standards;
    • Ensuring that the Skills Programmes are registered according to the designs and that developed material meets the requirements of Outcomes Based Principles and the design documents;
    • Preparing, presenting, facilitating and evaluating portfolio related training sessions;
    • Applying the Global Trainer methodology and facilitate sales training courses effectively;
    • Ensuring that the necessary logistics including training material has been finalised prior to commencement of training and that an Outcomes Based methodology is applied;
    • Completing summary of statement of results within the required time-lines;
    • Assessing Learning Interventions and facilitating Practical Assessments;
    • Conducting / designing and developing learner assessments practically and theoretically and ensuring that delegates are assessed pre, during and after the intervention and that a POE is issued as a summative assessment per programme;
    • Ensuring that assessments are marked within set time-lines after course;
    • Providing feedback to learners and advising on remedial action and further development;
    • Handling performance consulting and coaching;
    • Developing Quick Reference Guides per training process aligned to Global Sales Process Consulting and obtaining sign-off from the line manager;
    • Ensuring that the delegate's performance is monitored during and after the training;
    • Project Management and Quality Assurance; and,
    • Sourcing External Facilitators where necessary.

    Job Requirements:

    You will need 5 - 7 years' experience, a relevant certification, knowledge of the Motor Industry, and organisation awareness and business knowledge principles of Outcomes Based training and development.
