Job Summary

• Design reporting dashboards, reports and other media for the communication and distribution of valuable change/project delivery metrics. Have the ability to define relevant metrics, measurements, benefits to describe delivery and value provided by the change/projects environment, and to source relevant information to populate these reports and dashboards.
• Effectively analysing and interpreting data to produce quality strategic, tactical an operational reports and scorecards pertaining to complaints, customer governance and root cause analysis. Effectively contextualizing statistical data into reports that provides key customer care information and trends. Provide comparative views across the financial industry.

Experience

Essential / Minimum

• 5 years’ experience in Banking/Financial & Services industry
• 5 years’ experience in writing and editing reports
• 5 years’ experience in analysing statistical data

Preferred / Advantage Data analysis

• Interpretation of statistical data into strategic reports
• 5 years’ experience in building strategic dashboards and scorecards

Education

• Essential / Minimum Relevant statistical analysis degree
• Report writing courses completed

Preferred / Advantage

Advanced studies in statistical data analysis and the interpretation of data into strategic insights.
