    Talent Management Consultant

    Job description

    Purpose:

    Responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring and review of talent management practices and processes within Capitec Bank, with specific focus on talent management framework design, including competency framework design and validation, job analysis, and/or career path architecture

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12
    • A relevant post-graduate degree in Psychology / Industrial Psychology
    • Qualified Psychometrist/Psychologist registered with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa (HPCSA) is preferred
    • At least 3 – 5 years’ proven experience in two or more of the core elements of Talent Management:
    • Talent management framework design, including competency framework design and validation, conducting job analysis with associated competency alignment, and/or career path architecture
    • Talent identification, development and succession planning practices and processes
    • oPerformance management design and implementation, including performance management concepts, principles, and practices related to planning, monitoring, rating, and rewarding employee performance
    • Psychometrics and assessment methodology application, including design and/or facilitation of assessment centers for selection, talent identification and/or development purposes, administration and interpretation of assessments (ability tests, personality questionnaires, values and motives, etc.), and/or report writing and facilitating feedback
    • Computer Literacy (MS Powerpoint, MS Word, MS Outlook with advanced MS Excel)
    • Ability to professional communicate/interact with internal and external clients on all organisational levels
    • Interpersonal and relationship management skills
    • Analytical and information integration skills
    • Reporting and business writing skills
    • Consultation, facilitation & presentation skills
    • Business acumen
    • Planning, organising and coordination skills
    • Attention to detail (accuracy)
    • Adaptable and flexible
    • Emotional resilience
    • Influencing skills
    • Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence
    • Willingness to travel nationally if and when required
    • Clear credit record
    • Clear criminal record
