Qualification:

Relevant BCom Degree

Skills & Experience:

• LISP knowledge will be part of your DNA
• Minimum of 5 years Investment experience
• More than 4 years’ experience at Senior Management Level, leading and managing an investment administration team
• Demonstrable experience of running an operations business and investment administrations
• Dealing, fund administration, distributions, prices, mergers, corporate actions and technical administration experience
• Focus on implementation with an ability to work through obstacles
• Networking and collaborations skills
• Strong focus on implementation with an ability to work through obstacles

Job Requirements:

• Identify strategic opportunities within the area, contribution to the operational planning for the Client platform.
• Ensuring alignment across platforms.
• Identifying major risks and operational inefficiencies and lack of service delivery.
• Delivering management reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Focusing on delivering agreed timelines for fund administration, bulk dealing, prices, distributions, mergers, corporate actions and administration.
• Ensuring that proper workflow processes are implemented to manage turnaround times and service excellence assisting to the focus of exceptional client experience to Segment and Channel partners.
