    Customer Service Manager

    Job description

    Role Summary

    Responsible for the business continuity within the Customer Service Department during the implementation of IRIS (SAP). Maintain customer service and ensure the Customer Service department is motivated and committed to excellence and providing operational support to both external and internal stakeholders.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum 2 - 3 years experience within Pharmaceutical, FMCG or Sales experience as Manager.
    • Understanding Customer Service.
    • JDE experience would be advantageous.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Time Management.
    • Sense of Urgency.
