Responsibilities Will Be:

• Processing of all flight changes and re-issuing of air tickets.
• Processing all refunds of flight tickets.
• Processing Online check-in for members.
• Updating schedule changes from air tickets.
• Checking Queues daily.
• Checking and sorting a central e-mail inbox.
• Other adhoc admin tasks.

Requirements

We are looking for:

• Energetic and motivated team players who enjoy the challenge of meeting and beating targets
• People who are passionate about delivering high quality support and have excellent GDS skills
• Previous experience working with Amadeus is essential, must be able to re-issue tickets and process refunds
• Complete understanding of airline fare rules
• These roles are based in our Cape Town office and include working rotating late shifts and weekend shifts.
