Position Overview

Responsible for the heading up and development of a consulting arm in the Non-Profit Organisation and Public Programme. Successful candidates will lead a team of management consultants in developing, defining and implement a Programme to drive benefits on a National scale to communities that would benefit the most.

Primary Responsibilities

• Guidance and input on developing programme framework, risks and human capital requirement.
• Lead the project team, monitor and ensure high quality of programme deliverables is achieved.
• Relationship management with key stakeholders.

Experience

• Experience in dealing with public sector in the community based work programmes.
• Proven project track record of prior programmes involvement and extent of involvement.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Working knowledge of the Social – economic environment
• Working knowledge of Governance, Audit and Risk in line with PMFA, Treasury Guidelines and GRAP
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel.

Qualification

Graduate degree in Finance and or Economic
