Job description

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead, Manage & Develop a team of sourcing staff so as to ensure effective Procurement performance and adopt good practices in the region
• Strategically engage with and understand the business requirements of country stakeholders and business partners and to position the Procurement value proposition on local, regional and global levels
• Identify and deliver business benefits aligned to assurance of Supply, Quality, Cost and Innovation
• Deliver stakeholders and business partner requirements through creation and execution of sourcing strategies
• Build relationships with key suppliers at a senior level and lead processes to ensure value is driven from these relationships

Education/Qualification

• A Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain or equivalent coupled with at least 5 years Procurement experience within a Healthcare/FMCG industry is required.
• CIPS qualification will be very advantageous.
