    Experience/Requirements

    • 1-2 years
    • Monitor application dashboard, email box, alerts and execute health check scripts
    • Create ServiceNow ticket to creation
    • Escalation of issues to L1/L2/SWAT team
    • Regular status communication to all stakeholders
    • Understanding and experience of working on IT application systems
    • Willingness to work in shift (24x7)
    • Should have good communication skills
    • Knowledge of banking domain – added advantage.
