    Programme Administrator

    Job description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Programme and project planning and management:
    • Updates and maintains all programme and project plans for all IT, Strategic, Operations and Client Experience projects
    • Supports the budget tracking within the Projects and IT area
    • Preparing agenda’s and minute taking at prioritised project and programme meetings and steerco’s
    • Maintain the RAID log together with the relevant project managers
    • Provide support to manage relationships with internal and external parties to deliver on the relevant projects
    • Assist with the preparation of communication related to Journey to Modernization and other related projects
    • Maintain the reporting for all projects
    • Consolidate dashboards for all required management reporting
    • Maintain the projects office template library and controls
    • Project Accounting and Reporting:
    • Assess and track Service Providers and Vendors within the allocated budgets
    • Track the project profitability and utilization of projects such as Orion and X-plan
    • Responsible for reporting of delivery of projects within budget, timelines and according to the project criteria for successful implementation

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Relevant Degree or Diploma and/or required Certification with strong administrative experience
    • Project Management qualification will be advantageous

    TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

    • Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
    • Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
    • Excellent written skills
