Summary of Role
The role of Head of Shared Services is critical to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the newly created Shared Services area and will be instrumental in the successful design, implementation, transition and sustainability of our future operating model. The role will be responsible for setting up the Group Shared Services Centre (GSS) which will operate as an internal customer service business unit. The objective of the GSS is to achieve service excellence, continuous improvement, cost reduction and efficiency.
