    Executive Assistant

     

    Job description

    You will provide a wide range of support services for a high-level executives and be responsible for rendering secretarial / admin services to the Supply Chain team. The purpose of this role is to enhance effectiveness by providing information management support.

    Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • General administration duties
    • Managing the daily/ weekly/ monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
    • Supporting and facilitating the completion of regular reports / presentations
    • Diary management
    • Flight / accommodation bookings
    • Maintaining confidentiality on business and personal matters relating to the company and Directors
    • Required Competencies, Skills and Knowledge
    • Team player
    • Be able to work under pressure and to be accountable to more than one manager
    • Excellent people skills
    • Details oriented
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Required Prior Learning
    • Matric or equivalent
    • Minimu five (5) years’ prior Personal Assistant experience
    • High level of Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Outlook, Excel)
