Job description
Role Summary
The role would require experience in excel and general understanding of commercial real estate.
We are looking for:
We require a candidate that can run basic financial due diligences and property valuations on properties as a support role to the directors of the company in the sales process.
As a Property Valuer, your main responsibility will be to correctly identify the true value of properties and the price they need to be marketed at to generate a successful sale. This translates as booking, generating and attending valuations and viewings, formulating evaluation letters, obtaining viewing feedback and completing care calls. You will also complete due diligence and financial analysis for potential transactions.
Required Qualifications:
Relevant Bachelors / Honours degree or Equivalent
