We operate as a global recruitment business and partner with most of our clients as a virtual recruitment neighbour, finding local or international talent to help grow and develop your business locally or relocating. We are specifically catered to match top level Executive Creative, Digital & Advertising talent but still have the expertise and resources to recruit Mid to Senior level for our clients.
    Social Media// Recruiting:
    We fully embrace social media to find top talent. After all, this is where successful creatives are and we want to reach out to them before any one else does. Other recruitment agencies may continue on with the old method of using job boards, but we are aware that very few of the 'in demand' talent would spend time putting their CV/portfolio onto a job board. In fact, most of our successful talent are sourced from passive recruiting - finding candidates that are not specifically in the job market, but waiting for someone to approach them face to face/ Skype to Skype to discuss an awesome new opportunity.
    Networking// Fresh Talent First Hand
    We love to collaborate with the advertising industry. We'd be a pretty old fashioned recruitment agency if we sat in the background and a stranger to the creative world. The best way to learn the new trends in the market and to speak with top talent before any one else, is to attend networking conferences, events and also host our own events to connect creativity.     Job description

    The Role

    Relationship management:

    • You’ll be scouting the local and international market through our network and using events, social media, word of mouth plus headhunting
    • Connecting with the best talent matching them with open positions with our clients
    • Interviewing/portfolio reviews either via Skype if it's for a global opportunity or face to face if it’s local
    • Sharing portfolio and career advice
    • Active on social media posting out our jobs and creative content

    You’ll ideally have:

    At least one to two years recruitment experience under your belt with exp across any sector with the desire to niche within the tech or creative industry or a sales person with a passion for digital/creative


    • You are new to the industry with understanding of the industry from your studies within the creative industry
    • Great eye for talent
    • Ability to speak to talent and clients on all levels.
    • Recruitment is what you make of it so we’re looking for bright, ambitious selfstarters looking to earn great money each month from our unique commission plan.
    • Able to work to targets
    • We do global business so we’re looking for peeps with a global mind.
    • Up for an exciting journey and challenge
