Experience

• You are business-side operations generalist with deep experience in areas such as administrative services, legal, human resources, recruiting, finance and fund management
• You have product savvy — you know how to select and implement technology products — and have proven experience rolling out and managing key company programs and systems
• You can target a business need, design a solution, spearhead development and launch a product using a combination of technical resources, off-the-shelf technology, makeshift setups and proactive experimentation
• You’re an adept manager and have a record of nurturing talent
• You’ve lived the startup life, and a have a strong POV on what works and what doesn’t in our world
• You have a strategic, data-driven approach to your work
• You thrive on turning ambiguity and chaos into a coherent and well-run plan (with the right balance of process, rigor, innovation and fun)
• You have a strong academic background (e.g. a relevant degree from a top school) or equivalent experience in the field
• Previous experience with investment/fund management
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency is not essential but a major plus

Responsibilities

• Go-to-Market Process Management: Implement, manage and optimize our core cross-functional global Go-To-Market process for new funds.
• Rapidly Scale the Company: Identify gaps in the team along with the CEO and implement processes to rapidly increase team size.
• Strategy Execution: facilitate the definition of initiatives and actions needed to deliver against strategic goals and objectives, agree on action plans, timelines and responsibilities with functional and geography leaders and provide progress reporting against strategic goals, objectives and initiatives across regions and departments, identify gaps and problem areas and then fix them.
• Project Management: manage key strategic projects across functions and regions and ensure projects get delivered on time and on budget, as well as are integrated into the business-as-usual organization upon completion.
• Strategy Definition: use internal and external insights, data, best practice and learnings to help define strategic priorities and make the right choices to fuel growth and differentiation and innovation in the market.
• Drive analysis and strategic planning. Frame decisions for CEO with compelling analytics, critical thinking, and strategic recommendations. Conduct industry research and build models to evaluate various business scenarios or strategies.
• Amplify CEO communication. Develop presentations on behalf of CEO to key constituents such as investors, employees, and partners. Create accessibility and availability in CEO’s schedule by representing the CEO at important events and meetings. Some travel will be required.
