    Operations Manager


    Job description

    Role Summary

    The role has an incredibly broad remit which ranges from the strategic to the tactical and includes contract mgmt. for clients and suppliers, finance, marketing and facilities.

    Regular responsibilities will include:

    • Checking of client contracts and ensuring pricing accuracy
    • Mgmt. of payments including internal commissions
    • Ensuring the suite of offices in the group are well run
    • Ensuring HR and Finance policies are always in place and regularly reviewed
    • Support with Marketing, Sales Operations and Event Mgmt.

    To be successful in this role you’ll need:

    • Previous operational mgmt. experience
    • Familiarity with contracts – property experience in this regard is advantageous
    • The ability to get things done and the flexibility to work across a range of challenges
    • A personable yet firm style that ensures that all areas of the business adhere to their require compliance responsibilities
    • Good commercial acumen
