    Senior Developer

    Job description

    Attributes Required:

    • C#, MVC, JavaScript and Angular
    • A 3-year tertiary qualification is essential.
    • SQL server knowledge.
    • Good communication skills.
    • System design experience.
    • At least 5years experience being actively involved in development projects.
    • Experience using one or more of the following (OOP, SOLID, DRY, KISS, REST, HTML, XML and CSS)
    • Driver’s license and own vehicle.

    Nice to have:

    • SYSPRO integration experience or exposure to any ERP system.
    • A working understanding of UML.
    • Experience in JQuery.
    • Good MS-Excel knowledge.
    • Reporting and BI experience.

    VB6 skills.
    Unit testing experience

    Job Details:

    • Located in Westville.
    • 8am to 5pm with occasional overtime and weekend work.
    • Liaise with clients.
    • Assist with the design and coding of new systems.
    • Project manage outsourced work.
    • Maintain and support existing software.
    • Travel to clients and work on-site when required.
    • Record all work done in a daily timesheet.
    • Achieve monthly billable targets.
    • Acceptable code reviews (metrics TBA)
    • Ensure all software has been tested thoroughly before shipping.
