    Content Marketing Executive

    Job description

    The Content Marketing Executive collaborates with corporate communications strategist and extended marketing team members to develop themes, narratives and B2B lead generation campaigns to elevate the brand and drive client engagement across digital, and social media platforms. He/She is responsible for writing and editing a wide range of sophisticated marketing content. This is a critical role in supporting the ENTERTAINER’s business development initiatives. We are looking for a highly creative individual, with an excellent command of the English language and a can-do attitude.

    Essential Duties – What are the main tasks for this job?

    Ideal candidate must be proficient in:
    SEO-led Copywriting for lead generation, article writing, copy-editing and proofreading of a wide range of materials, content curation and aggregation, video scripting, image management, blog and newsletter management, liaising with the distribution, social media and design teams, content planning, content related administration and research.

    Daily responsibilities will include:

    • Create relevant content across all relevant interactive channels and automated marketing tools (i.e., Social Media, Web, Blogs, Email, LinkedIn).
    • Research, plan, and execute innovative demand generation content to raise brand awareness, increase website traffic and drive qualified leads.
    • Collaborate with Creative, Public Relations and B2B Marketing teams to develop digital communications for new and evolving media, including social networks. Ensure effective visibility and promotion of each content piece/campaign.
    • Create persuasive written and visual content for the purposes of digitally marketing legal practices and numerous industries.
    • Write in multiple styles while being versatile enough to cover various communications channels (email, digital media, social, video, etc.)
    • As needed, provide writing and editorial support in the development of major awards submissions.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: English literature, creative/business/professional writing, journalism, communications, media production, marketing, advertising, public relations. If you are a business graduate, with strong writing skills and an interest in content writing, we would like to hear from you too.

    Key Competencies / Skills
    Must have:

    • Background in writing for SEO
    • Understanding of tools used for content management, distribution, research and analysis
    • Published portfolio of written or edited work: thought leadership articles, press releases, blog posts, social media content, newsletters, marketing collateral
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong research skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management and organisational skills

    Nice to have:
    An understanding of business principles and the digital economy
    Video scripting/editing/production experience
