    Remuneration Administrator

    Job description

    Job Purpose

    To ensure the administration of Remuneration and Employee Benefits is done accurately and timeously.

    Key Dials

    • Effective processing of all Payroll related activities
    • Effective processing of all new starters and termination documentation
    • Effective execution of Payroll filing
    • Deal with customers in a customer centric manner
    • Effective self-management and teamwork

    Education and Experience

    • Grade 12
    • 2 to 3 years relevant Payroll Experience including Employee Benefits
    • Demonstrated proficiency on VIP People system

    Required Job Competencies

    • Proficiency in VIP Payroll system
    • Current knowledge of BCEA and Tax Legislation
    • Knowledge of Payroll and Tax administration
    • In–depth knowledge of JD Group policies, practices, processes and systems
    • Understanding of the JD Group operating model
    • Written and verbal communication skills
    • Analytical skills
    • Data input and integrity
    • Ability to work under pressure
