A position exists for a Wellness Co-ordinator to join the PathCare family in the HR Department at our N1 City branch. We seek a self-confident and compassionate professional who demonstrates the ability to build relationships and foster trust that will enable you to empower all stakeholders in the business.

Key Requirements:

• Professional Nurse registered with the SANC
• Relevant qualification or experience in HIV/Aids counselling/management
• Relevant experience in developing
• implementing/co-ordinating Employee Wellness Programmes
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• A valid drivers licence with own vehicle essential.
• Willingness to travel

Key Responsibilities:

Co-ordinating & developing a holistic employee wellness programme, including:

• Co-ordinating HIV and TB counselling, testing sessions and assisting with registration to the HIV Management Programme
• Co-ordinating screening sessions for chronic lifestyle diseases ordinating night shift medicals and creating awareness of health risks associated with night work and prevention of those risks
• Providing HIV, TB, chronic lifestyle diseases awareness and education Educating and training management regarding employee wellness Rendering professional employee wellness assistance, support and counselling
• Advising management and assisting, supporting & counselling
• employees in circumstances that detract from their ability to perform at optimum levels as a result of ill-health issues.
