    Recruitment Administrator

    Job description

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Filing / electronic filing
    • General admin
    • Updating recruitment tracker spreadsheets with newly received CVs and unsuccessful applications
    • Sending regret letters
    • Setting up meetings with multiple stakeholders across various geographic locations
    • Administering assessments (including marking)
    • Assisting with HR administration where required

    REQUIREMENTS

    Essential:

    • 2-3 years' recruitment and recruitment  administration experience in a professional services environment (internal recruitment or agency based recruitment environment preferred)
    • Must be in a position to start immediately
    • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
    • Ability to multitask
    • Attention to detail
    • Must have outstanding customer service with good active listening skills 
    • Reliable and open-minded with a passion to drive solutions
    • Flexible and adaptable as per business demands
    • Able to understand business needs and prioritise issues accordingly
    • Ability to mitigate risks and manage issues to resolution
    • Proficient English language skills 

    EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
    University degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent

    HOURS
    A working pattern of 45 hours per week (9:00am - 17:30pm).
