Work Loacation: Johannesburg, South Africa

Responsibility:

• In XX project, in charge of revenue reorganization and release development target.
• In charge of Add-On-Sales, contract fulfillment, early involvement, implementation planning, finance operation, plan control, quality and cost, risk management, internal control.
• Manage project organization, align hub and OpCo project team, comply with project implementation process.
• In charge of customer satisfactory management and Sponsor management, pre-warning and escalating major implementation problem, push resolution of customer complaint.
• In charge of customer relationship of XX project.

Requirement:

• 8+ year Project Management Experience in ICT section: having been PD in software or service delivery project or procedure evolution project.
• Language: English, fluent speaking, logical  thought, good at presentation.
• Basic understanding of sales procedures and customer business flow .
• Priority: OSS, CEM or softeare project management.
