    Freelance Administrative Clerk

    Job description

    We are looking for a young dynamic, positive and skilled Administrative Clerk who can execute several administrative tasks as part of the process ion setting up several Startup Businesses on a freelance basis.

    Your main responsibilities will be to manage and oversee the processes of the company registration, the integration of the new company branding into several templates and forms, Website Copy Writing, Setting up of social media accounts and other minor Administrative Duties.

    Key Responsibility

    Administration

    • Manage and oversee all the Company Registration processes with our Company Registration Agency
    • Liaison with the client to retrieve all required documentation required for the development
    • Integrate company logos, headers and footers into templates and forms
    • Replace Company names and details within documents and forms
    • Setting up initial Social Media accounts and likes for the new business
    • Social Media Unique Name Claims and YouTube Channel Setup
    • Website Copy writing, Spell and grammar checking
    • Liaison with third party service providers (lawyers / payment gateway / etc) when needed
    • Search Engine Keyword Search for the particular industry
    • Google Adwords setup and creation of 2 x add words
    • Google Places Setup for physical companies
    • Google Analytics account setup
    • Edit and add content to Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy from existing templates
    • Copy final Templates and Forms into Folder Structures on Google Drive

    Requirement

    • A Positive, Outcome-based and Quality-Driven Attitute
    • The Availability to commit and see each development project through on time.
    • Great Administrative skills and abilities
    • Copy writing skills - excellent English Grammer
    • Creative and out-of-the-box thinking abilities
    • Knowledge of modern business marketing and branding
    • Excellent Work Ethics
    • Own computer and fast Internet Connection.
    • Smartphone with Whatsapp account
    • Skype Account and setup

    Salary and Renumeration

    • Development projects lasts only 30 Days and a Web Developer is able to commit to 5 projects per month on a part time basis.
    • We provide 3 levels of salary breakdowns per project.
    • Level: R3,500 per project (New Project manager with 1 – 9 projects done and with a good feedback rating)
    • Level: R4,000 per project (New Project manager with 10 – 19 projects done and with a good feedback rating)
    • Level: R4,500 per project (New Project manager with over 20 projects done and with a good feedback rating)
