    Job description

    In support of this overriding organisational strategy, the strategic objective for the HR Manager is governed by the vision:

    Human Resources, inspiring and empowering the global purple tribe, enabling them to effectively deliver the promised bedrock of quality cyber security services to our customers.

    The primary focus of the HR Manager would be to support the formation of a Purple Tribe whilst simultaneously ensuring the introduction of a solid systems framework that supports and enables the organisation to successfully navigate and transcend into a global enterprise. 

    The overall strategic objective for Human Reou is to enable attract and retain the right talent by proactively taking responsibility of the creation of a globally mature and dynamic “conscious Performanta culture”.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management and/or equivalent
    • Accredited as a Skills Development Facilitator advantageous

    Minumum Required Level of Expertise:

    • Proven understanding and awareness of current developments in the fields of Human Resource Management and the management of the provision of these support services
    • Delivery of quality results through the effective management / leadership of a division and attention to process and detail
    • Academic insight and proof of delivering a mature thinking environment
    • Up to date knowledge of current legislation within the SA environment and all other regions in which Performanta operates
    • A minimum of 5 year experience as an HR Generalist and minimum 3 years in an HR management role

    Required Technical Skills:

    • Level of strategic thinking
    • Appropriate level of knowledge and insight into the changing HR landscape
    • Depth of skills and abilities in the creation of a conscious culture
