    Who we are

    Fix Forward is a pioneering social enterprise with a big vision! Our mission is to create opportunities for tradesmen from low-income areas to thrive, while providing people looking to do renovations with a high-quality building service. We connect people and businesses to quality tradesmen whom we have hand-picked using a strict screening process. We assist our clients and tradesmen throughout the process to ensure that the job gets done well. In fact we offer a ‘Job Done.’ guarantee.     What you will do

    • Follow up with leads generated by Fix Forward
    • Create own Leads through cold calling
    • Engage with past clients to get referrals and attract them to use our service again
    • Engage with all clients to understand how we can improve our service and offering 
    • Identify potential Fix Forward clients from the corporate and public sectors
    • Engage these B2B clients on how Fix Forward can become part of their supply chain in terms of maintenance and renovations to their premises

    The position will be based at our offices in Muizenberg. Travel to meet with clients will reimbursed at a set rate per km.

    What you will earn

    • On Target earnings will be in excess of 60K per month with potential to earn more if targets are exceeded.
    • We will provide a basic salary which will cover your travelling costs and other work related expenses together with commission on all deals that you are responsible for closing.

    Requirements

    • A proven ability to drive and grow sales
    • A track record of being able to meet targets
    • An ability to think innovatively and find creative solutions to develop the business
    • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
    • Great at dealing with people and managing relationships

    Advantageous

    • Passionate about social change
    • Exposure to the construction industry
