•  One individual must hold a valid CCNA AND CCNP Certificate
•  Have an excellent grasp of the English language
•  Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working for an ICT Company or a Service Provider;
•  Have your own car;
•  Possess a sense of urgency, accountability and be self-motivating;
•  Be able to plan and manage own time;
•  Be flexible and willing to take on additional/differing work as needed;
•  Be sensitive in dealing with clients, as varying levels of skills or abilities will be encountered;
•  Good written communications skills and e-mail/telephone etiquette;
•  Professional/presentable demeanour;
•  Enjoy helping/assisting people;
•  Actively participate within a team environment.
