    Recruitment Consultant

    Job description

    We are looking for a highly effective, on the mark, in-house recruitment consultant that can support our growing business’ talent demands. Over the next six months you will be responsibile to partner with hiring managers to source and secure best in class employees for Entersekt’s vacant roles.

    You need to be able to use your sound judgement and communication aptitude to attract and secure critical and scarce skills in the market to join an exciting, global Fintech business. If you have strong ethics are resourceful and collaborate well, we want to hear more.

    Your core responsibilities will be to manage the end to end hiring process:

    • Understand our hiring manager’s role requirements and ensure this is translated into clear job specifications and recruitment requisitions
    • Employ recruiting methods to attract the top talent available in the IT market
    • Source candidates using databases, social media, Offer Zen, LinkedIn, developer workshops, university open days or other
    • Evaluate resumes and applications for our vacant roles and shortlist suitable candidates
    • Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening, schedule and drive the interview process with your hiring partner
    • Gather supporting information, conduct reference checking and ensure all other checks (education, criminal, credit) are performed via third party
    • Ensure that employment offers are compiled, signed off and extended to suitable candidates
    • Responsible for ensuring that new employee documentation is completed before start date
    • Also, communicate with internal stakeholders and activate employee entry process via Jira ticketing system
    • Co-ordinate monthly orientation process for new starters

    To apply for this role, you need to have:

    • BSc/BA degree in HR and/or 5+ years’ experience with IT hiring
    • Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
    • Well-organized and ability to work with targets
