    HR Processing Clerk (Centurion)

    Job description

    Job Introduction

    G4S Secure Solutions (SA), a leading global integrated security solutions company, has a vacancy for an HR Processing Clerk based at our Head Office in Centurion.

    Reporting to the HR Shared Services Manager, the key purpose of this role is to efficiently process centralised human resources information and processes.

    Role Responsibility

    • Efficient and accurate capturing of the engagement process
    • Capture and load new employees in line with department procedures on VIP and ER
    • Advise regional teams of completion and outstanding information in capturing process
    • Load new employees on PSIRA and SIA database
    • Liaison with vetting department around compliance with procedures and vetting numbers
    • Efficient and accurate capturing of the staff movement
    • Capture and employees changes I,e. promotions, transfers etc in line with department procedures on VIP
    • Advise regional teams of completion and outstanding information in capturing process
    • Send out letters in line with procedures
    • Capture updated staff information as per employee change forms
    • Efficient and accurate capturing of the termination process
    • Capture and terminations in line with department procedures on VIP and ER
    • Compare termination list to provident fund claims received and follow up on incomplete documentation
    • Update SIA and PSIRA database with terminations
    • Complete UIF termination process
    • Finalise exit termination process and audit checklist
    • Timely and accurate reporting and compliance audit/reporting
    • Compilation of month reporting and management information KPIs
    • PSIRA reconciliation and reporting
    • Provident Fund claims and outstanding information reporting
    • Provident Fund reconciliation

    The Ideal Candidate

    Knowledge

    • Knowledge of administrative procedures
    • Knowledge of company policies and procedures
    • Knowledge of recruitment and payroll processes within HR

    Skills

    • MS Office Computer skills (Specifically Excel at an advanced level)
    • Acting professionally
    • Communication (written and verbal)
    • Supporting and working with others
    • Delivering objectives

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Grade 12
    • Sage VIP experience (advantageous)
