Job description

Responsible for the maintenance, enhancement and availability of the WFS SAS, TRIAD8 and Blaze platforms within CRO. Ensuring the platforms are operating optimally and provide clear input into any improvements, enhancements or upgrades. Ensuring the integrity of all data sources and transfers to and from CRO and providing input into all new data additions and enhancements.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

• Relevant applications/systems knowledge especially SAS, Data Warehouse
• Knowledge of relevant change methodologies (ability to translate business requirements into systems requirements).
• Ability to apply Project management methodology.
• Understanding of IT implementation business process context knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot implementation requirements including problem solving, development decisioning and analysis of proposed IT solutions.
• Ability to effectively plan and organise, integrate, innovate and manage multiple implementations.
• Ability to assimilate new information and developments and adapt to later implementations.
• Passionate about data analytics and how this contributes to the business.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate analytical insights and improvement recommendations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

University degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Risk Management or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Considerable working knowledge of SAS, TRIAD, Blaze Advisor, VisionPLUS, system infrastructures, architectures.
• 3-4 years’ experience in supporting and/or managing SAS and/or Credit Decision systems.
• Experience in managing third-party relationships is essential.
• Experience in testing the implementation of software strategies.
• Experience in working in an outsourced environment and effectively implementing solutions using both internal and external resources.
• Experience of relevant change methodologies.
