    Personal Assistant (PA)

    Job description

    Position Details

    An exciting opportunity has become available for a Personal Assistant to Regional Manager as well as Relationship Managers. The successful incumbent will be based at our office in Klerksdorp, North West.

    Key Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will be expected to perform (but not limited to) the following secretarial duties:

    • Performing general secretarial duties (diary management, travel & accommodation arrangements)
    • General administration (leave, process expenses, arrange conferences, reading and managing communication and relationship issues surrounding the Heads and management team, coordinate attendance of participants by managing complex schedules, process expenses)
    • Prepare reports, collect and analyse information
    • Prepare presentations
    • Pecord meeting discussions and provide minutes; and
    • Data analysis and management information reporting (accessing management information systems to generate required monthly/weekly reports in support of the business with accurate and comprehensive reports on operational and financial data) including the coordination and compilation of the Management Committee Meeting Pack
    • Administrative support functions
    • Liaising with external business partners
    • Arranging and coordinating all meetings
    • Preparing of presentations
    • Preparation of records such as agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions for meetings, including minute taking
    • Budget management and reconciliations
    • Coordinating and compiling all management reports
    • Liaison for customer care system in group sourcing

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • Secretarial diploma/qualification (Added advantage)
    • Computer literate (advanced level of MS Office)
    • Current experience with regards to preparing presentations
    • Proven track record as a personal assistant to a senior manager
    • Experienced at working with highly confidential information
