    Professional Hire Recruitment Consultant

    Job description

    MAIN PURPOSE

    The Professional Hire Recruitment Consultant is responsible for ensuring the delivery of all business requirements at their allocated locations within a fast paced, high volume Contact Centre environment. The Recruitment Consultant will work closely with the Professional Hire Team to support the delivery of the business requirements.

    The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for building strong relationships with key client contacts such as external suppliers and Senior Management as well as driving client satisfaction through a seamless process.

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Work closely with the Professional Hire Recruitment Manager to analyse and report on key routes to market and ensure they are being utilized to support a consistent flow of quality candidates to deliver requirements
    • Responsible for the delivery of full candidate journey and experience
    • Working closely with the Associate Professional Hire Recruitment Consultants to ensure best practice is achieved across all locations and a consistent recruitment approach is adhered to
    • Developing working relationships with Senior Management to establish a clear understanding of their business requirements and challenges they face
    • Responsible for conducting pre-employment checks on all successful candidates and ensuring all additional vetting requirements are sent to the relevant department for completion in a timely fashion and in line with company guidelines
    • Advertising roles and submitting requisitions via Recruitment Portal, Taleo

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 24 months’ experience of working within a Recruitment team (Essential)
    • Working experience managing Key Stakeholder or External Clients
    • Account Management experience
    • Minimum of 24 months Recruitment Agency experience
    • Proven track record of working towards extremely tight deadlines and responding to changing requirements
    • Knowledge of recruitment processes suitable for delivering high level recruitment
    • An understanding of candidate attraction and the current methods used to include social media and digital
    • A good understanding of recruitment legislation and how this can impact upon decisions made
    • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to liaise at various levels in an effective manner
    • Excellent IT skills with the ability to use in-house systems and all Microsoft Office functions
