An international Relocation Services Organisation with a unique and compelling vision for the future of Global Mobility is looking for an Immigration Manager to be based in Johannesburg with responsibility for driving the effective coordination and provision of Immigration services to clients both in South Africa and throughout Africa.

As the Immigration Manager, you will be pivotal in the development of the Immigration service business. Your role will be mainly focused around creating strong and lasting relationships with clients and suppliers and then integrating these activities into the Immigration team in order to grow the capability and scope of the service the team provides.

As the Immigration Manager your main responsibilities will be:

• To ensure the provision of professional, timely and accurate migration advice and assistance to clients regarding visa options and other related immigration issues including business sponsor obligations and immigration compliance.
• Provide Leadership and direction for Immigration team members
• Provide prompt responses to Global & Regional client contacts including human resources, managers and employees regarding Global immigration processes, procedures, timelines and service fees
• Network with stakeholders (e.g. Government Departments and Statutory Bodies as required) and keep up to date with policy changes
• Recognised as a subject matter expert on location
• Operational support to achieve relevant KPI’S
• Developing a best of breed outbound Immigration service capability
• Develop relationships with the in-country immigration teams
• Advise on immigration service to clients and Regional team

Skills and requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of immigration Legislation and policy
• Proven track record in the provision of professional immigration services with min. 3 years' experience at a management level.
• Strong knowledge in all aspects of Immigration and Visas processes
• Experience of working in an international, matrix organisation
