    Sales Executive

    Job description

    Role Purpose and Description

    The Sales Executive will be tasked with sourcing new business for the group with a focus on corporate package sales . Over and above this, the role of Sales Executive entails sourcing SME business through direct selling and management of channel partners.

    • Primary Target Markets:
      • National medium sized corporate companies
      • National large corporate companies
    • Secondary Markets:
      • All local SME’s
      • International corporates looking to set up offices in SA

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Key Responsibilities that the employee may be involved in:

    • Target national corporates in key major cities
    • Cold call clients and arrange viewings
    • Follow up with potential clients and manage pipeline process
    • Initiate relationships with channel partners
    • Maintain relationships with channel partners
    • Meet with brokers, agents, chambers of commerce, trade and industry and other organisations and entities that could send business to TBE ( various channels)
    • Only maintain and engage the channels allocated
    • Work with the TBE marketing and sales team and formulate sales plans that align to the overall strategy of the business
    • Initiate and develop sales strategies and ideas
    • Report at weekly management meetings on progress of sales
    • Document and outline progress in detail as required by the ceo
    • Present reports to ceo when needed
    • Networking with relevant institutions and bodies
    • Attending TBE events
    • Head hunting potential clients across all markets
    • Registering & being part of entrepreneurial institutions and bodies
    • Represent the company brand in line with its values
    • Analysing competitors’ products and pricing and stay on top of trends
    • Schedule office viewings at different properties
    • Conduct office viewings at different properties
    • Work with Business Managers and the team to ensure there is cohesion
    • Work with TBE affiliate partners and strategists

    • Experience in sales ( prove skill set not necessarily time)

    The Business Exchange may in its absolute discretion require the employee from time to time, to perform duties which are incidental to the position into which the Employee is hereby appointed. The employee expressly understands and accepts that this position will require overtime work as and when projects and deadline require.The employee undertakes, as far reasonable in each project, to commit to successful achievement of project deadlines and submission dates. The Employee will be required to travel and will be compensated on a per kilometre basis or on a S&T basis if required to stay overnight.
