Job description
Leader in the glass industry seeks a Cusomter Service Manager to join their team.
The successful incumbent will report to the National Sales Manager and will be instrumental in assisting the company vision of being renowned for excellent customer service.
The role will include various responsibilities but mostly importantly leading the team and managing the customer service operation to enhance the company's reputation in the domestic market. The encumbent will be required to ensure optimal customer service at the lowest cost and maximum efficiency.
The requirements for the role are:
