Job description

• The course developer maintains current course material, modifies and improves them as required by facilitators and learners, conducts training needs analysis, develops exercises and training scenarios as well as performs assessment of training materials.
• The course developer ensures that all training objectives are accomplished, and issues are resolved. This position will also require the consultation of subject matter experts and conducting related research to develop course material that is world class, innovative and forward thinking.
• The facilitator role coordinates and presents workshops, seminars, special events, change management strategies and training materials. The Facilitator creates and/or delivers training in a defined area of expertise to meet the needs of our client base and target market.
• An additional requirement for this position will be to facilitate the learning of delegates, enabling them to submit evidence that can be assessed for competency, against unit standards, for credits towards a
• qualification.
• This position requires a true passion for entrepreneurship and to helping people develop. The position will also require the successful candidate to demonstrate a sound leadership role in the day-to-day management of the office.
