Job description
Our client a medium sized building contractor based in Durban has a vacancy for a competent Contracts Manager.
This position will manage the implementation and delivery of a contract against time,quality and cost standards.
The contract value is in excess of R 300 million and is a commercial contract.
This is a permanent position.
Essential experience is as follows:
At least 5 years relevant experience in respect of managing construction projects with emphasis being placed on construction and contract management, financial management,risk management , commercial and legal management, operationl planning and implementation and staff management.
Minimum Qualification :
