    Group Internal Adjudicator

    Job description

    Role Purpose:

    To provide advice and recommendations on fair treatment in complex cases, i.e. claims.

    Responsibilities:

    • Adjudication of disputes between the company and clients.
    • Be the point of contact between the company and the Ombud Offices.
    • Reviewing of cases
    • Recommendation on issues related to acceptance or rejection of claims, perfomance, business rules; taking into account the TCF(Treating Cutsormers Fairly) principles.

    Requirements:

    • Relevant Bachelor's Degree
    • Relevant Insurance experience
    • 10 years' or more in Insurance/Financial Services
