What this job involves

The Transportation Coordinator will be a key position between JLL, the client and vendor. This vital position requires an action-orientated, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sale problems.

• NQF 4 or equivalent qualification
• Great communication and influential skills.
• Ability to negotiate with others.
• Comfort/experience communicating and influencing across job levels with both internal and external partners
• Ability to push back, foresee potential issues, and advocate for relentless improvement
• Strong command of Excel and other MS Office programs
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbally and written)
• Experience within a transport company in a similar position
• Previous logistical experience
