    Administrative Project Coordinator

    Job description

    We’re looking for a organised and proactive Administrative Project Coordinator with at least 2-3 years work experience.

    Though a small core team, we take on many projects so the role demands an energized individual who is tech savvy and able to tackle a diverse role.

    The role encompasses a variety of focus areas: accounts management, general administration, liaising with clients, event coordination, magazine production and website maintenance.

    The role will assist you in building a strong base and all round experience in niche media, sport marketing & events.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • OFFICE:
      • maintaining office systems, including IT management, inventory management, stationary and filing;
      • facilitating and managing external suppliers
      • email liaison with various departments re magazines and events
      • responsible for accounts (debtors and creditors)
      • keeping various internal reports and schedules updated
    • PROJECTS
      • Initiating, setting up and scoping of magazine and events projects under guidance of management;
      • Execute project related administration support from project & magazine planning to wrap & invoicing
      • Administering project close-out and general project office administrative duties;
      • Ensure project execution and general management of projects are according to set standards, procedures and methodologies and keeping of records;
      • Compile quotes & cost analysis
      • Facilitate project communication (management remove) and ensure document management support;
      • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, clients and project team
