What your role will be

• Leading strategy for product in the business
• Using product to put our business where it is not

What your day will be like

• Creating innovative products that deliver unique, unbeatable value that our customers cannot get anywhere else
• Developing Product Strategy for the business
• Developing Strategic Product Value Management
• Ensuring that the product strategy keeps our products relevant, irrespective of state of economy

What skills you should have

• Ability to understand the economic situation and direction of SA
• Passion and knowledge of technology and how it can be and is used for innovating technology in insurance, motor vehicle, insurance health, life, cellular and legal
• Strong Commercial knowledge
• Strong Deal Making ability
• Strong Rainmaker (ability to bring in new business by association)
• Ability to test fast and fail fast
• A history of taking on risk in ways that allow an individual to shift our business in a safe way
