    Junior Rework Engineer - Desktop

    Job description

    Key Result Area

    • Component level repair of faulty items
    • Follow up on backorders
    • Manage and maintain workload
    • Adhere to ISO 9001 requirements

    Qualifications

    • Technical qualification equivalent to N5 (electronics) or S3 – Must Have
    • A+ will be an advantage

    Experience

    • 2 years component level repair experience
    • PC and laptop repair experience
    • Installing and supporting WinXp and Vista

    Skills

    • Mechanical skills with regards to stripping down and re-assembling PCs and laptops
    • Electronic skills down to component level
